It is a kind of natural pigment obtained from red-heart radish by extracting and refining.
Its main components are anthocyanins in pelargononidin.
Application:Natural color,used in beverage,confections,ice-cream,lipsticks,jams and jellies.
Characteristic:Soluble in water and ethanol;insoluble in oils;easy to absorb moisture and turns into cakes,but this does not influence its use,slight acidic smell,better stability under
light,heat and oxygen.
